The way of solving these problems for the purpose of continuation of fruitful attempts with the help of knowledge workers of organization is of great importance. The essence of some of them sometimes affects and threatens the existence of the organizations. Solving some of the problems is not possible just by using present methods. Hence, utilizing creative methods and creativity in organizations is considerably important. So it seems necessary for managers to come up with schemes to accompany employees to a problem solving procedure that needs particular level of human knowledge. The role of CKO is vital, crucially important and effective; the same goes for knowledge team engagement.
