Technology transfer is a complex and difficult process that without adequate research and study may lead to wasting money, time and technology weakening. The purpose of this study is to provide a framework to examine the factors affecting technology transfer with the comparative approach. Therefore, we first briefly discussed the definition of technology transfer and then technology transfer models were discussed in detail. Subsequently, examples of studies conducted in Iran to better understand the issues were presented. Results were obtained by comparing the different theoretical perspectives, and factors affecting technology transfer in ten overall categories of familiarity with market, willingness and ability of the technology transfer and technology receptor, level of technological risk and uncertainty, technology life cycle, organizational interactions, nature of the technology, the aim of the cooperation, economic and financial factors, characteristics of the technology holder (source) and R&D activities were introduced. Each of these factors includes indicators which can be used to assess the models of technology transfer. Finally, based on the findings, the proposed framework is suggested to improve the success and effectiveness of technology transfer projects in Iran. جهان امروز، جهان پیشرفت‌های عمده و عظیم در پدیده‌هاست که فناوری یکی از مهمترین عوامل تولید کالا و خدمات در آن محسوب می‌شود. انـتقال فناوری، فـراينـد پيچيده و دشـواري اسـت كـه بـدون مطالـعه و بــررسي‌هـاي لازم ممکن است منجر به هـدر رفتـن سرمـايــه، زمـان و تـضعيـف فناوری گــردد. هدف این تحقیق ارائه یک چارچوب مناسب جهت بررسی عوامل مؤثر در انتقال فناوری بوده که با رویکرد مقایسات تطبیقی صورت پذیرفته است. از این رو ابتدا به‌طور مختصر به تعریف انتقال فناوری پرداخته شده و بعد از آن مدل‌های انتقال فناوری به تفضیل مورد بحث قرار گرفته است. به دنبال آن برای درک بهتر موضوع نمونه مطالعات صورت گرفته در ایران ارائه شده ‌است. یافته‌ها با استفاده از روش مقایسه دیدگاه‌های تئوریکی مختلف حاصل گردید و عوامل مؤثر بر انتقال فناوری در ده طبقه کلی آشنایی با بازار، تمایل و توانایی انتقال‌دهنده وگیرنده‌ی ‌فناوری، سطح خطرپذيري و عدم‌اطمینان فناورانه، چرخه‌ی ‌عمر فناوری، تعاملات سازمانی، ماهیت ‌فناوری، هدف از همکاری، عوامل اقتصادی و مالی، ویژگی‌های دارنده فناوری (منبع) و فعالیت‌های تحقیق و توسعه معرفی گردید. هر یک از این عوامل خود شامل شاخص‌هایی می‌شود که در سنجش مدل‌های انتقال فناوری در تحقیقات آتی می‌تواند مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. در نهایت بر اساس چارچوب پیشنهادی و یافته‌های تحقیق، پیشنهادهایی برای بهبود و موفقیت و اثربخشی پروژه‌های انتقال فناوری در ایران ارائه گردیده است. http://roshdefanavari.ir/fa/Article/Download/20049
