The incubator performance assessment by indexes (IPAI) is a simple, interesting and effective method for measuring the performance index of an incubator. The system is based on changing the scope of performance of several indicators to fixed scales (metrics), weighing them and combining them. Strategic evaluation is basically consists of three basic activities which are investigating the principles of the companies or organizations strategies, comparing the ideal and real results and making improvements. This paper focuses on the second part to make sure that the performance adjusts correctly with the planning programs. This paper is going to introduce an index for measuring and assessing the level of technology improvement in Isfahan Science and Technology Town (ISTTs) Incubator and Science Park. It also addresses the methodology used for these calculations. Measuring the indicators for ISTTs incubator will be discussed at the final part of this paper as a case study. براي تمام مديران و از جمله مديران مراكز رشد، خود ارزيابي موضوعي بسيار جذاب مي‌باشد. ارزيابي عملکرد مرکز رشد به وسيله ايندکس‌ها (IPAI) روشي ساده، جالب و کارا براي محاسبه شاخص عملکردي يك مركز رشد مي‌باشد. اساس اين روش تبديل دامنه‌اي از عملكردها به مقياس‌هاي ثابت براي چند نماگر، وزن‌دهي و ترکيب آنها براي سنجش ميزان دستيابي به اهداف مي‌باشد. اصولاً ارزيابي راهبرد با توجه به ميزان دستيابي به اهداف شامل سه فعاليت اساسي بررسي مباني اصلي راهبرد‌هاي شرکت‌ها و سازمان‌ها، مقايسه نتيجه‌هاي مورد انتظار با نتيجه‌هاي واقعي و انجام دادن اقدامات اصلاحي مي‌باشد . توجه اين مقاله به مورد دوم به منظور اطمينان تطابق عملکردها با برنامه‌هاي پيش‌بيني شده مي‌باشد. در اين مقاله، شاخصي براي اندازه‌گيري سطح ارتقاء فناوري در مرکز رشد و پارک شهرک علمي و تحقيقاتي اصفهان به همراه روش محاسبه آن آورده شده است. اندازه‌گيري شاخص براي شهرک، به عنوان يک مطالعه موردي آورده شده است. http://roshdefanavari.ir/ar/Article/Download/20231
