Technology Transfer be a shortcut of accessing new technology for developing countries (like ours), and to reach this goal, technology transfer process should completely considered. Getting familiar with preventive and movement factors of technology, will help to reduce the failure rate of technology tranfer. Upon providing a multi-aspect definition of technology, this paper intends to define two methods of accessing technology, one is transferring from other countries and the other is self accessing technologies. There are three major parts in technology transfer process: - Selection & obtaining of technology - Compliance, application and absorption of technology - Promotion & Distribution of technology It is tried to explain technology transfer process, effective factors, its obstacles, necessities and any effects of which in economic development. Lack of localization is one of the major reasons of failure in technology transferm which is considered by explaining the most important reasons which causes research & development institutes fail on localization process of imported technologies. Furthermore in order to find required success in technology transfer, it is a need of receiving companies of technology to manage finding tacit knowledge of it as well. Finally it is explained the importance of tacit knowledge and required fields for any transfer of knowledge. امروزه انتقال فناوري جدید و برتر به عنوان یکی از روش‌های حفظ مزیت رقابتی محسوب مي‌شود. کشور ما در زمرة کشورهاي در حال توسعه قرار دارد و انتقال فناوري به عنوان راه ميانبري براي دستيابي به فناوري‌هاي روز به اين کشورها توصيه مي‌شود؛ به شرط آنکه فناوري واقعاً انتقال پيدا کند. با توجه به نرخ بالای شکست پروژه‌های انتقال فناوري در بسیاری از بنگاه‌ها،توجه به شناسایی عوامل بازدارنده و تسریع کننده جذب و توسعه فناوري از اهمیت به سزایی برخوردار است. در این مقاله پس از تعريف مفاهيم چندوجهي فناوري، توضيح داده شد كه فناوري به دو روش درون‌زا و انتقال از ساير كشورها قابل كسب است. فرایند انتقال فناوري شامل سه بخش عمده است: - انتخاب و کسب فناوري - انطباق، کاربرد و جذب فناوري - توسعه و انتشار فناوري. تلاش شد در ضمن توضيحات در مورد فرايند انتقال فناوري، عوامل مؤثر و موانع انتقال فناوري، ضرورت انتقال فناوري و تأثیر آن در رشد و توسعه اقتصادي تبیین شود. عدم بومي‌سازي، يکي از دلايل اصلي ناموفق بودن فرايند انتقال فناوري است كه با بيان مهمترين دلايل عدم توفيق مؤسسات تحقيق و توسعه در بومي‌سازي فناوري‌هاي وارداتي به آن پرداخته شد. همچنین در راستای دستیابی به موفقیت در انتقال فناوري شرکت‌های گیرنده فناوري لازم است اقدام به جلب دانش ضمنی آن نیز بنمایند. در پايان اهمیت دانش ضمنی و ضرورت بسترسازی برای انتقال دانش ضمنی بيان گرديده است. http://roshdefanavari.ir/fa/Article/Download/20078
