Analysis of patent information, generate valuable knowledge in different fields and many of managers and researchers can use it. In many developed counters, using patent analysis is an ordinary task in research environments (as an analytical tool). In this paper, first, author attempts to describe the attributes and the structure of patent information and secondly, the application of patent analysis is described. Finally, the necessity of patent analyses is discussed امروزه اطلاعات پتنت ها به عنوان یکی از مهمترین منابع اطلاعاتی فنی و تکنولوژیکی شناخته شده است. تحلیل اسناد پتنت ها؛ اطلاعات ارزشمندی را در ابعاد مختلف در اختیار محققان و مدیران مراکز تحقیقاتی قرار می دهد بطوریکه استفاده از تحلیل پتنت در بسياري از كشورهاي پيشرفته صنعتي به عنوان یک ابزار تحلیلی در محیط های تحقیقاتی بسیار رایج شده است. در این مقاله سعی می گردد ضمن بیان اجمالی ویژگی ها و ساختار اطلاعاتی پتنت ها؛ کاربردهای تحلیل پتنت مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گیرد و ضرورت استفاده از ان در مراکز تحقیقاتی کشور تبیین شود. http://roshdefanavari.ir/fa/Article/Download/20210
