K nowledge sharing is a key ability to achieve sustainable competitive advantage in today’s turbulent environments. Effective knowledge sharing among employees may considerably influence organizational performance of organizations. Therefore, this study intends to examine impacts of quality of work life on forming knowledge-sharing behavior in a research center in Iran. This is a descriptive research and an applied research from objective perspective and a survey due to data gathering method. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to analyze research hypotheses. A questionnaire was developed for measuring quality of work life, knowledge-sharing attitude, intention, and behavior based on prior research and distributed in target population. An analysis of 317 completed and valid questionnaires showed that quality of work life has a positive significant effect on knowledge-sharing attitude and behavior in studied organization. In addition, attitude toward knowledge sharing can enhance the tension toward knowledge sharing which in turn can improve real knowledge-sharing behaviors. Moreover, research findings indicated that among quality of work life dimensions, constitutionalism in work is the most influential factor of knowledge sharing. Finally, according to research findings, practical implications for managers and knowledge management practitioners as well as suggestions for future research to fill the research gap are proposed. Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), a leading technology could be useful for reducing the supply chain food. The RFID can be effective with receiving product information and reducing costs. The greatest challenges are the supply chain management of perishable goods, especially the food. Variation in the number of goods, tracking and follow-up the flow of goods throughout the supply chain, low life expectancy, high volume products requiring temperature control in the supply chain is some of the challenges. The risk of food at each stage of the supply chain of food can occur, resulting in the definition of management to obtain information, ingredients, date of production (sales, consumption), etc., and provide it in a transparent manner to provide supply chain suppliers and consumers is necessary. One of the best possible solutions is using of RFID that help the supply chain management in perishable goods logistics. This paper examines the business model of the financial implementation of RFID in tracking food. To clarify the subject, a case study RFID system using in Taiwan welfare chain stores has been providing. In this case by introducing two upgrade projects 4 and 6 years old, profit and costs associated with the implementation of RFID for manufacturers, distributors and retailers in the supply chain of convenience stores have been analyzed. S tudies show that activities related to technology development and innovation are the main factors of economic growth. The purpose of this article is to introduce the Global Innovation Index (GII) and technology achievement index (TAI) and to evaluate Iran in these indicators. Our country has earned 120 through GII ranking in 2014. Previous studies reported of global innovation index show that our country has not been able to improve its position. Global Innovation Index is made up of 21 main variables that our country in the variable of higher education, research and development, knowledge creation and public infrastructure is better than other variables. It earned the lowest score In variables of political environment, experience and competitive, knowledge dissemination and knowledge in comparison with other variables. It means our country has good position in Input Components especially in high education but in Components of output has not good condition. Another indicator is access to technology; this index includes the creation of new technologies, release new innovations, diffusion of old innovations and human skills that in this indicator are member of intermediate these countries. Studying Composite indicators show that policymakers should pay more attention to improve innovations until creation results of research and innovation for community. Manuscript profile

The statistical society of research of 25000 people including managers, experts and employees in Iran Khodro car manufacturing company.379 samples were the required sample size, determined from the formula .The research in terms of objective is an applied research and in terms of methodology and implementation is the kind of descriptive analytic research with an emphasis on the correlation branch. First, the variables were described by statistical tables and indices using SPSS. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze data, test hypotheses and generalize the results to population using LISREL. The results of this research show that the acceptance of a system of information, especially from prospective of end users, arising from the ratio between the person and information systems. Finally, solutions have been provided to improve the refuted hypotheses. Manuscript profile

This study aims to review the related literature and models of productivity, over the past twenty years, to identify the most important factors affecting on the productivity of human resources and to provide the most appropriate human resource productivity model. This study tries to develop the current findings about the principles and rules of human resource productivity using current resources by a library technique. The results showed that the affecting factors on the productivity of manpower to forty-seven indicators that the integrated model of ESCAP and the Balanced Scorecard, a conceptual model by a hybrid SCOP-BSC model encompasses forty seven criterion which are classified into four factors as bellow: technology and knowledge, customer, techniques and process and organizational. Purpose of this study is to identifying encounter challenges of KBEs that located on Yazds Science and Technology Park (STP) and clustering these challenges with ANN method exactly. The Samples contains 137 person such as manager and top employees of these enterprises. Number of reached challenges have been 59 that were attained from literature and experts guidelines were designed and distributed between samples suddenly. According to the PB artificial neural network, reliabilities of samples were confirmed with MSE=2.0332 and priority done with Multilayer Perceptron (MLP) artificial neural network and with inspiration of Business Process Management System (BPMS) approach. According to the BPMS approach and MLP method, Result show that challenges did cluster in three factions known as: management activities, operational activities and support activities. Thus, number of management, operational and support activities in order were 27, 15 and 17 items exactly. Manuscript profile
