Abstract :
In today's world, increasing complexity and competition is one of the key features. Today's organizations and companies are active in a complex but dynamic environment, interacting with each other. It can be said that with the increasing growth of technology and the speed of technological growth, companies are forced to use adaptive and innovative strategies to remain competitive, to respond to rapid changes, environmental uncertainty and customer and market needs. Technological entrepreneurship is a new, interdisciplinary and growing field. In this research, first, theories related to the areas of entrepreneurship and technology are explored then a model of technological entrepreneurship is also presented as the "Paradon" model. This model consists of seven components: Technology Entrepreneur, Universities, Companies, Capital, Customers and Market, Government and Consultants. This technological entrepreneurship model can help researchers in future research, as well as governments and sectors that intend to develop and promote technological entrepreneurship. Since, Nanotechnology is one of the sciences that has made remarkable progress in the world and has helped human beings in the production of new products, the technological entrepreneurship in the field of nanotech, and the ways of commercializing and entering the market considering related tools and related activities, such as: branching, licensing, intellectual property, commercial sales and domestic development have been described.
