Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to investigate the model of entrepreneurial succession in family businesses in the food industry of Razavi Khorasan with a qualitative analysis approach. The current research has a fundamental goal and a practical approach, and the qualitative research method was used, and the content analysis method was used to identify indicators. The statistical population includes key informants and experts of entrepreneurial succession in home businesses of Khorasan Razavi food industries and the sampling method in this research is the snowball sampling method, so that data collection continues until the saturation point is reached. He found that there are 17 people. The method and tool of data collection is a semi-structured interview. Content analysis method has been used to identify research components. The results of the research showed that the final criteria were 13 main categories and 40 subcategories. The main categories counted are; customer orientation; resource management; Funds; social factors; technological factors; Government policy-making; introducing organizational entrepreneurship; Organizational characteristics of the entrepreneurial company; characteristics of entrepreneurial company employees; characteristics of entrepreneurial company managers; intra-organizational capabilities; organization `s performance; It is employment.
