The results of this study revealed that improving the process of starting-up and development of knowledge-based businesses is possible throughgovernment’s some key activities which “financial supports of government” is placed on top of them. Hence, it can be said that the government should start broad efforts in this regard, and this issue should be considered by relevant government authorities.
