Abstract :
Today,organizations need new ideas and innovative ideas in order to have a stable and continuous performance. New thoughts and opinions are breathed into the body of the organization like a spirit and save it from nothingness and annihilation. Therefore, the current research aims to investigate the effect of mindfulness and happiness on creative performance through participation in the creative process. The method of this research is descriptive-survey and practical in terms of data collection. The statistical population is the employees of companies active in the field of information technology in the city of Mashhad, where about 710 companies are active in field in the city of Mashhad. If the number of employees of each company is estimated to be 10 people on average, the sample size is estimated to be 364 people according to Morgan's table. Sampling was done Using simple random method and the data was collected through the standard questionnaire of Khan and Abbas (2022). Analysis data was done using SPS and PLS software and structural equation modeling.The results showed that mindfulness and happiness have a positive and significant effect on participation in the creative process among the employees of companies in the field of information technology in Mashhad. On the other hand, mindfulness and happiness have a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior among employees of companies active in the field of information technology in Mashhad. Also, the results showed that mindfulness and happiness have a positive effect on individual creativity among statistical population.
