By adverting of the phenomenon of globalization, there are new opportunities for accessing new markets to deliver products for entrepreneurs. Therefore, this study aimed to design the business growth model of entrepreneurs aiming internationalization and with an innovation approach. This research is a descriptive-survey study and applied in terms of purpose, which has been done with a mixed approach. In the qualitative section, the opinions of 15 academic experts in the fields of entrepreneurship and business management, as well as the managers of the Industry, Mine and Trade Organization of Golestan being purposefully selected, were used. The sample size in the quantitative section includes 222 senior and middle managers of companies and faculty members of the university in Golestan who were selected by simple random sampling method. In quantitative section Structural Equation Modeling was used to estimate the parameters of the model. Findings showed that factors including acquisition regime, networking cooperation and interactions, innovation commercialization strategy, individual and organizational innovation culture, innovation infrastructure, communication and information dissemination, innovation vision and strategy, research and development activities, human resources training and Increasing learning, innovation branding, innovation intelligence and creating a competitive environment and thinking are effective in creating innovation in the manufacturing industry and by promoting the level of innovation leads to more internationalization and growth expectation in entrepreneurs. Therefore, managers and entrepreneurs must create the conditions for the use of internal capacities by increasing the active participation of employees in decisions and involving employees in the heart of international work.
