Abstract :
Organizations in the new era cannot avoid the use of advanced technologies, in fact the future belongs to those who, with accurate and correct knowledge, scrutinize the developments of these systems and by identifying their dimensions and effects, use technology strategically. Make it current at the organizational level. The aim of the current research is to investigate the impact of the dimensions of technological transformation on the decision-making strategy and entrepreneurial enthusiasm of Isfahan Science and Technology Park managers, the number of entrepreneurial managers of these businesses is 612 people and the sample size of the research is 236 people using Cochran's formula and determined by sampling method in availability were investigated. The variables were measured through the standard research questionnaire of Poulas et al. (2021) with 14 questions and Cronbach's alpha was used to measure reliability and the opinions of university professors in this field were used to measure validity. Finally, the results of the research stated that technological evolution had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial marketing decisions with the mediating role of entrepreneurial passion, the dimensions of technological evolution (opportunity recognition, opportunity development, opportunity exploitation) had a positive and significant effect on the decision-making strategy. The dimensions of technological evolution (opportunity recognition, opportunity development, opportunity exploitation) with the mediating role of entrepreneurial enthusiasm have had a positive and significant impact on entrepreneurs' decisions.
