        science and technology parks , as one of the effective structures in development of technology and as a consequence, development of knowledge-based economy and professional employment has been considered by many countries. The goal of many of these new structures, is organizing an active environment for creation or development of technology chains for research product-orientation , developing fields as result of group work and supporting purposeful activities of researchers, innovators and companies working in selected fields of technology. On the other hand, each organization , in order to achieve its goals, requires factors which must necessarily provide them. In fact for each organization, there are fields of activity which must perform them in the best way , in order to achieve its defined goals. These factors, which are called critical success factors in management literature, are inseparable components of organization success in achieving goals. Science and technology parks, similar to other organizations or institutes, need to provide these factors in order to achieve their goals. The purpose of this research is to identify these factors for science and technology parks of khorasan razavi and specify their relative priority from experts point of view who are familiar with topics related to scientific parks. For this purpose, after interviewing with experts in this park, 48 factors were identified and categorized in 4 groups. In the next step, these factors were compared by experts and after analyzing the results, their priority in each group as well as their overall ranking was presented by using Friedman test which is as following: supporting factors of knowledge-based institutions in order to produce technology, human resource factors, factors related to development of technology s Infrastructure , factors related to development of centers related to technology .         Science and Technology Park as a part of national innovation system and a segment of knowledge based economic development, by providing necessary conditions for marketing researches and by trading the results of the researches, play an effective role in accelerating the procedure of transforming the ideas into the products and in developing the technology. For reaching these purposes a science and technology park _just like any other organizations_ necessarily must have some characteristics without which it cannot have an effective function based on requirements and targets. These characteristics are the main elements of a Science and Technology Park in a way that lack of any of them can bar the path of success. In fact these elements are the fundamental parts (unrepeatable ones) that they should have been reached as inductor purposes in order to reach the main purposes. In management literature, these factors are called “critical success factors". In this research after examining the theoretical resources, the critical success factors of science and Technology Park mentioned in twenty eight factors set in four groups consist of: local factors, indicative factors, management factors and social and cultural factors, and then these factors evaluate by experts in mutual comparisons. The results indicate that among these four groups, the management factors are the most important ones and among those reached factors the following are considered to be the most significant factors: having strategy, purposes and definite planes, dominance of managers on discussions about science and technology parks, the existence of political atmosphere for supporting the park and its purposes, defining formal criteria for reception and attendance, evaluating and controlling the activities of resident firms in the park.         Nowadays organizational knowledge is one of the most assets that efficient management it, will multilateral promote organizations. Knowledge management is a powerful leverage to achieve competitive advantages among organizations that experience has shown that its application in the universities environment, has many advantages. it is important before decision to implement Knowledge management project in organization, to identifing factors that are important in increase Knowledge management readiness. Therefore, the main objective of this study is identify and determine the priority of these factors on universities environment. This research is composed of two main phase, that in the first phase, with the previous Knowledge management readiness models, and the opinion of the experts in unversitis sector, 10 main aspects and from these aspect, 37 factor selected. The factors have different important, hence in the second phase, the research experts, express their judgments about the important weight of each factors, by fuzzy decision matrix. Fuzzy set theory is used to interpert the linguistic information in accordance with the subjective evaluation. Results of defuzzication indicates that “ top management support”, and “knowledge sharing”, are the important effective factor, also “ deformalization” and “ decentralization” has the lowest priority. Knowledge management introduced as an important action for organizations move into international competition and face with new business challenges. Therefore, aiming usage of knowledge as a strategic and competitive advantage, and so organizing knowledge management development steps in organizations requires specification of effective factors on organizations decisions in usage and optimizing knowledge management. Thus studying effective factors on knowledge management success is necessary. Identifying these factors can help organizations to requirements assessment, designing, programming, executing and implementing knowledge management projects and evaluating organization maturity level in knowledge management.         Knowledge management is one of the appropriate solutions to earn utility and efficiency in organizations. Procedure of increasing the role of knowledge in the management of organizations has caused the concept of knowledge management to become the heart of the organization's strategic policies. Accordingly, paying special attention to knowledge management and understanding the most important effective factors in its successful implementation is necessary to achieve the organization goals. Having studied various articles, in this article, 30 sub-factors in the forms of 7 main factors including leadership, organizational culture, resources and human resources, information technology, evaluation and performance measurement, strategies, processes and activities have been recognized. These factors are the effective ones in successful implementation of knowledge management in knowledge based organizations. The factors have been ranked by managers of knowledge based companies located in Isfahan Science and Technology town. According to this the priorities of main factors in the successful implementation of knowledge management have been determined in the form of resources and manpower, leadership, strategies, organizational culture, processes and activities, information technology and evaluation and performance measurement, among the effective sub-factors in successful implementation of knowledge management. Hiring qualified personnel, having the same prospect , creating appropriate space and time for brain storming and having a clear long- and short-term goals for knowledge management have the highest importance for the successful implementation of knowledge management in knowledge based organization, respectively.         Nowadays, according to development of academic research in the field of high technologies, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) play a pivotal role in stimulating entrepreneurial growth and economic prosperity. So it is necessary to answer the question that what factors causes this firms growth and success. The main purpose of this study is identifying the affecting factors of knowledge based firms growth and success by use of qualitative study. In terms of purpose, this study is practical and the analytical methodology was used. For this purpose semi-structured interview by using thematic analyzing is conducted. Experts whom interviewed are 20 executive managers of top and successful knowledge based firms located in Isfahan Science and Technology Town (ISTT) (Sheikh Bahai) in the last three years. The review of literature, and the results of interviews showed 3main themes that classify the affecting factors of knowledge based firms growth and success to 3 levels: individual, organizational and environmental. Based on the results, it seems that government and environmental conditions play a more important role in providing appropriate context for knowledge based firms’ growth and success. According to the interviews, view government and environmental conditions has main role in success and durability of knowledge based firms and spin-offs. Finally, based on the results, referring to existing shortcomings in the field of this firm’s activity and the main emphases of the experts, the necessary considerations for effective factors reinforcement has provided.         Development of successful strategic marketing programs for the commercialization of new technology represents a challenge for small and medium sized technology-based firms. The mechanics of developing successful marketing strategies for technological innovations is a complex process from design to implementation. Technology-based SMEs play an important role in facilitating the ‘knowledge-based’ or ‘smart’ economies. However, technological superiority is not a guarantee for the success of a high-tech SMEs. Instead, the odds of success are maximized by a combination of technology superiority and marketing capability. In this paper, the characteristic of technology-oriented small and medium enterprises have examined according to the published key studies in the field of small and medium sized companies, the factors and barriers to the success of the companies mentioned briefly and given that marketing has been diagnosed as one of the success factors of technology-based small and medium enterprises, we reviewed the challenges and solutions of technology marketing to remind the managers of these companies that the success of a pure technology will not ensure the success of the company and marketing as one of the key elements and critical component of the success of technology-based small and medium enterprises should be a priority in their activities.         The technology development project is a type of investment project, and it is therefore important to identify the performance indicators for the correct investment. The purpose of this research is to develop the criteria for success in the development of technology and to obtain a thorough analysis of the effects of the criteria on each other in order to make the right decisions on the investment path. In this research, the criteria for success in technology development are identified and categorized by a new approach from the point of view of project, plan, and portfolio differentiation. For this purpose, after identification of the criteria, their significance was measured by Likert scale questionnaire and various statistical tests such as t-test. Finally, according to the main objective of this research in relation to examining the association between success factors in each level of the project, plan and portfolio, the internal connection of the criteria was analyzed using DEMATEL method. From the results of this research, it is possible to identify and categorize the success criteria in the projects, plan and portfolios of technology development, and to identify the most influential and most important criteria in each of the project groups, plan and portfolio.         The critical success factors for any business are a limited number of areas where satisfactory results in those domains will ensure successful competitive performance for organizations. In fact, the critical success factors for each organization's bottleneck are achieving strategic interests. Key strengths and merits and weaknesses in these areas are known as bottlenecks. In this paper, a method is proposed based on the theme analysis, in which the critical factors of the cultural and artistic organization of the municipality of Tehran as well as the critical factors of the success of the regions are identified and elaborated. Then, during the design of the performance management system of the Tehran Municipality's Cultural and Artistic Organization, and as a result, the need to design key performance indicators and results, critical success factors as sources for extracting these indicators were considered by the researchers of this management system. In the results obtained, the factors influencing the implementation of innovative and effective programs, the delineation of the mission and cultural goals of the organization, the human resources system and reward system, the recognition of the cultural and artistic needs of the people of Tehran, the effectiveness of internal elements, increasing the influence of people in the city of Tehran And satisfaction of the audience as the critical success factors of the cultural-artistic organization of the municipality of Tehran were identified.         Today, start-ups are considered as a part of the important and key socio-economic groups in the economies of different countries. Meanwhile, statistics show that more than 80% of startups fail in the first year of their establishment. Identifying important success factors in starting startups reduces the risk of failure and thus increases their chances of success. The present article is a review-library study on the key success factors of startups based on modern technology. Today, startups are an important phenomenon in the world economic community. The process of formation and change of this phenomenon over the years is examined in this research and an attempt has been made to provide a picture of the most important issues in the think tank of startups, which confirms the change and evolution of this phenomenon from 1984 to 2022. For this purpose, by searching the articles of reputable world journals and filtering them based on the subject of this research, 159 articles were finally selected. In the next step, the meaning of startup success was extracted and expressed by researchers and the success factors were divided into three categories: organizational, individual and external. These variables were identified in 46 different categories and presented in the attached table. The results of this research will help the founders of startups to take a more open view of establishing and scoring their company in a competitive market. Manuscript profile
