Nowadays, having the ability of foresight and decision-making is essential for any organization. Advanced and successful organizations have chosen knowledge-oriented strategy to survive in the competitive and rapidly changing environments. Handling of changes and good decision making about them plays a central role in the future success or failure of organizations. Two important concepts that have important role in managers’ decision makings are Business Intelligence (BI) and Knowledge Management (KM). Business intelligence and knowledge management are relative concepts to each other .The relations between these concepts has not been yet offered clearly and determining the boundary of these two concepts is difficult for managers. Researchers have considered different links between them. In this paper, business intelligence and knowledge management will be defined and then different viewpoints about the type of relationship between these concepts will be expressed. In general, it is recognized that knowledge management and business intelligence both have common and same goal which is improving decision-making process and finally improving the business performance. Implementation and execution of these concepts would consider as organization's competitive advantage. However, knowledge management, including both explicit and tacit knowledge, and also considers unstructured data, while business intelligence generally focuses on explicit knowledge. Finally, concluded that, knowledge management and business intelligence should be integrated regardless of the type of relationship between them, because each has advantages and disadvantages. The paradox of open innovation lies in the conflict between the practical desire to reap the benefits of open innovation and concern over the risk that others will misappropriate those benefits. Open innovation models bring changes in the firm's approach to strategic management of technology. Over the years, as a response to emerges at significant improvements in the competitive environment. Open innovation that we can always make progress because all ideas are good ideas, Also all ideas can be developed, if the idea is worth thinking about, it is worth telling. We are creative and we can get more creative. Stakeholder theory and recent developments in value creation through stakeholder engagement can assist with reconciliation of this inherent structural risk. The limitations of existing open innovation typologies are identified, and a process-based model of open innovation is proposed. The model is then expanded to include stakeholder engagement. When integrated with stakeholder engagement, open innovation processes can be understood to generate benefits beyond the acquisition of specific information sought from external experts. The addition of stakeholder engagement to the open innovation model allows for greater understanding and easier acceptance of the risks inherent in the open innovation process. Therefore this application article uses library overview and in addition to this, it focuses on open innovation literature and some of its models. Also, it Deals with the relationship between open innovation and stakeholder participation And would be try to provide the benefits and risks of engagement to the audience. Manuscript profile

Entrepreneurs play an important role in the economy in order to identify opportunities and to exploit their economic and social needs of the production process and purse market driving. While entrepreneurship is normally researched as something positive, this paper illustrates the dark sides of the construct. This conceptual research paper applies entrepreneurship literature to generate new insights into entrepreneurship in organized crime and entrepreneurs in criminal organizations. Criminal entrepreneurship is found in organized crime, where criminal entrepreneurs choose to organize a criminal business enterprise in order to exploit illegal market opportunities. Entrepreneurial opportunities can be exploited in a variety of ways, depending on strategy and available resources. As organised crime is growing locally as well as globally, law enforcement agencies need to develop their understanding of strategic criminal entrepreneurship. Based on perspectives in this paper, the dark side of Entrepreneurship needs to be further explored within both the legitimate and illegitimate business sector in the local as well as global perspective in future research. The emergence of information and communication technology has enabled organizations to use this technology to generate data in their own business. In addition, organizations need to open their industry-related data, which is generally government-owned, as well as data innovation, in order to develop their business. Today we are seeing a huge storm of data that is due to the actions of individuals, businesses and the state. It is essential to acquire the valuable information through the use and reuse of production data by opening up a large amount of data. In this way, the potential of the mass data of every sector of industry and business can effectively be used to plan, decide, and ultimately business development. Figures show the potential of open data in three areas: banking, insurance, and real estate. To add value, these data should be processed, combined or visualized. Implementing Business Intelligence Systems (BI) requires a lot of resources and time. The statistics show that billions of dollars are spent on these business intelligence systems (BIS), which show how important they are. Also, the cost of these systems is a large part of the expense of the organization. Unfortunately, with all these huge costs in these systems, more than half of the BI projects do not go to the real benefits of business intelligence systems. Here's one reason why organizations are not able to grasp the real benefits of business intelligence systems: Many of them are not ready for these systems. This is due to some of the challenges in implementing BI systems in organizations. BI implementation experiences show that the successful implementation of BI is beyond the implementation of technical infrastructure (hardware aspects) and requires the control of soft aspects and change management, which are recognized as the most difficult aspects of the successful implementation of BI applications. Business intelligence is a complex concept and has multi-layered architecture, which is why the BI readiness model is needed. Assessing BI readiness identifies specific implementation risk sections to manage and reduce these risks and thus increase the likelihood of BI success. So far, several models have been developed to prepare BI systems. In this paper, introduced models for BI readiness are presented, and then these models are compared based on the factors influencing BI readiness. Manuscript profile

Robotic process automation is an emerging technology, which can be used to automate repetitive tasks with large but low volume. Automation space consists of providers of construction, operation and transfer contracts, consulting, business process automation and cloud robotics process automation and markets. Automation refers to the use of technology to perform various tasks with minimal human intervention, so that the automation of the robotic process, intelligent process and various operations of the artificial intelligence business are its main components. In the meantime, the Internet of Things is one of the most up-to-date technologies in the new age of information and communication, which has a concept very close to the Internet of Things. The Internet of Things is a term used to describe physical objects around the world using their digital communication, while the Internet is all about data sets, considering people and processes. The reason for paying attention to the automation of the robotic process is the continuous expansion of the artificial intelligence market due to the widespread use of this technology in most important fields, especially in the components of the Internet. To make the most of robotic process automation, multiple discrete automations as well as artificial intelligence technologies can be used. With this approach, the robotic automation process can be considered as the connection point of everything Internet to software artificial intelligence projects. Therefore, robotic process automation, which aims to improve business processes, is proposed as an Internet connection point for everything with artificial intelligence projects. Manuscript profile
