University and Industry are the most important and influent institutions in social, political and cultural development and society’s economic and technological improvements. The improvement in the relationship between science and technology, the integration of science and industry, the appearance of industries based on science, the use of science as a means to generate competitive advantages on the part of the firms, as well as the globalization of the economy and internationalization of technology, are some of the reasons which justify cooperative relationships between firms and research organizations. Developing relations between Industry and University by cause and positive effect on technological, economic and social changes and transformations was noticed by strategists, politicians and university and industry planners, and was more effort toward creating an effective linkage between university and industry. According to many economists, since the multinational enterprises entering the host economy have relatively more modern technologies than domestic firms, developing countries can reduce their technological gap through FDI inflow channel. It should be noted that the technology spillover of foreign investors is a function of domestic capacity for absorbing these technological spillovers. Considering the determining role of industry sector in the world economy, the goal of present study is to investigate the spillover effects of foreign investment from technological perspective, on the performance of industry sector of Iran during 1995-2009 years, in form of development plans. The results of the study show that during the second development plan a considerable correlation did not exist among improving the human capital (as the absorption capacity criteria), absorbing the foreign investment, spillover effects, and the industry sector performance. While in the third development plan, the mentioned correlations were significant. The reasons for the above mentioned significant correlations are as follows: policy requirements of the third plan about improving the research and development in macro-level of the economy, passing new laws of protecting and spreading the foreign direct investment in 2002. It is worth noting that while the above mentioned correlations had improved during the fourth development plan compared to the second plan, it shows weaker performance in comparison with the third plan. As a result, it should be noted that the mentioned correlations in industry sector were not significant during 1995-2002 years. Manuscript profile

One of the most important discussions in recent decades is human capital. Human capital, or in other words, quality of labor or institutionalization of knowledge in human, increases production and economic growth. Although human capital has been discussed since the classical period in economics , modeling and presentation of national models of economic growth, in which, human capital is considered, captured the attention of researchers in recent decades. In classical models, production was assumed to be the function of labor and capital; however, the quality of labor or human capital must be also considered in this function as an effective factor. The impact of human capital and technological knowledge on economic growth is commonly accepted. This study aims to measure the impact of human capital promotion on economic growth in selected countries of OPEC. Economists have presented different indicators for measuring human capital, one of them is the amount of government expenditure on education. In this study, the growth rate of government total education spending, along with other influential variables (R&D expenditure, Investment) are analyzed through the panel data approach for the period of 1998 to 2007.The research results of this method, indicate that the impact coefficient of all variables are confirmed by theoretical bases, coefficients for all variables are significant, and human capital has a positive effect on economic growth. According to the research findings, improving human capital by increasing labor skills and capabilities, which leads to increase in productivity and production, along with enhancing research and development expenditure is recommended in order to achieve higher economic growth. This article seeks to browse among history, role, significance as well as economic function of venture capitals. To this end, it is endeavored to consider venture capital concept with a comprehensive and full detailed view. Therefore, in order to clarify the concept of venture capitals, we have assumed a lot of related key words. Yet, due to abundance of related key words and based on this fact that many of them have convergence with each other, therefore, an objective of this paper is to elaborate the mentioned terms. It is worth mentioning that necessity, significance and the role of such investments in economy and especially in investment scopes, have also been surveyed in this article. As a matter of fact, entrepreneurs are one of the main elements of every venture capital; therefore, we have tried to give enough information about their roles in this regard. Anyhow, this article plans to provide a proposed structure for carrying out venture capitals by investment companies, which is applicable domestically. For this reason, we have provided related records of global venture capital companies along with domestic ones. Based on previous propounded subjects, final part of the article is allocated to introduction of a feasible proposed structure for carrying out venture capitalism by investment companies. According to the accomplished studies, all of domestic venture capital companies have been established by the government, which their number does not exceed the fingers of a hand. Thus, shortage of these companies is obviously felt in domestic financial market and as before mentioned; lack of a feasible structure to do such investments is a main reason for this vacancy. One of the most important concerns which have coerced organizations to illustrate tendency toward entrepreneurial activities is survival and growth. This is, thus, to assert that time is ripe for investigating the relationships between entrepreneurial behavior and performance. This study is aimed at investigating the relationship between entrepreneurial orientations and organizational performance of the Islamic Research Institute for Culture and Thought in 2013. To do so, descriptive and correlative research methodologies were used to examine the relationships among these variables. Statistical population of this study contains a number of university staffs at different managerial levels, members of Faculty Board, and experts, who are estimated to constitute 110 persons from the total number of 320. Pearson correlation and multivariable regression methods were used to analyze data. Moreover, Structural Equation Model (SEM) was employed to affirm the model. Results show that there is a positive and direct relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and organizational performance. In addition, there is indirect relationship among innovation, leadership, risk-taking, and aggressive competition as aspects of entrepreneurial orientation, on the one hand, and organizational performance, on the other. However, there was no relationship between independence and organizational performance. Therefore, development of attitude and attention to entrepreneurial orientation in an organization can be effective in elevating organizational performance. Manuscript profile

Nowadays Knowledge-based and Knowledge-driven enterprises are assumed important organizations for moving toward knowledge-based economy. But knowledge-driven organizations are facing multiple crises in job/work design, reengineering process, organizing activities to increase efficiency. The one that stands out and greatly affects the organization is the maximum amount of work that an organization is capable to complete in a given period. Managers want to know how they can improve productivity in an organization. To do this without the slightest fault, organizations must have mechanisms to help increase their level of awareness. One of those mechanisms involves finding indicators to assess the organizational effectiveness in a strategic way. One of these indicators is organizational awareness that can help to increase revenue and profitability by establishing competitive advantage. Organizational Awareness includes the ability to identify who the real decision‐makers are and the individuals who can influence them, and to predict how new events will affect individuals and groups within the organization. This paper aims to introduce a method to assess effectiveness and organizational efficiency as a tool for achieving organizational awareness. The most important methods to evaluate effectiveness is called Global Organizational Effectiveness Index Subsystem (GOEIS). GOEIS can be used to compare execution to planning, in some defined areas, to verify if the proposed objectives of the organization are being met or not. This effectiveness index is suitable to improve management and performance while increasing effectiveness and organizational awareness. Manuscript profile

As organised crime is growing locally as well as globally, law enforcement agencies need to develop their understanding of strategic criminal entrepreneurship. This article examines the relationship between company orientation(entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation), internal control systems and new product development. Different researches results provide valuable insights on the role of the company orientation in New Product development. Entrepreneurial orientation helps the companies to have personal control in order to have great improvement in new product development activities .on the other hand market orientation emphasis more in output control than personal control in new product development. Manages in firms that emphasize output controls are evaluated and rewarded on the basis of objective financial criteria. Personal control on the other hand, focuses on long-term performance rather than short term financial targets. Generally personal control requires more time and has a higher coordination cost than output control. In recent decades, companies consider new product as a source of competitive advantage and means of anticipating the competitors. Some marketing research have found the relationship between market orientation and new product development. The goal of market orientation is to satisfy current market needs, rather than to develop new products targeted at emerging new needs. Some researchers criticize market orientation ,They suggest that entrepreneurship orientation must replace with market orientation. Some researches focus on one of the orientation , on the other hand they ignore the role of internal control systems as a mediating variable . Therefore we survey this subject completely. This study in terms of methodology is descriptive correlation. Manuscript profile
