Entrepreneurship is the stimulus engine of economic development, creating occupation and reforming society. Entrepreneurship is a process to create an employment and make profit from valuable combination of sources. Entrepreneur is a person who commits to run and accepts the risks of economic activity. Entrepreneurs undertake an important role in the movement of economic development cycles and are considered as the source of huge breakthroughs in industrial, productive and service fields throughout organizations. Financing is, therefore, one of the most important challenges or business obstacles faced by entrepreneurs. The purpose of this research is to study the quadruplet methods of financing entrepreneurial projects in Mazandaran province. Statistical society consists of 141 entrepreneurs with 110 persons selected as a sample. Then by collecting the required data and using a questionnaire with standard components and reliability coefficient of 79%, the quadruplet hypotheses have been tested. The findings have shown that all four methods of financial supply have been considered by the entrepreneurs, each of them with their special intensity and weakness. From this point of view the personal capital has been in the first priority and the methods of loan, shares, and internal sources in the subsequent priorities. In addition, the entrepreneurs studied have less knowledge of the different and various methods of financial supply and have considered only the methods that have been common in our society and use all of them generally. Finally it has been concluded that it is necessary to carry out some innovations in this respect and other methods of financial methods should be applied. Manuscript profile

In recent decades, the reduction of income inequality should be considered as the strategy of the major objectives of economic and social development and even the government. Therefore, analysis of income distribution and distributional effects of policies in order to increase economic growth has gained importance. On the other hand, the ability to achieve creative innovation using human resources as the first step is to convert knowledge into wealth. So, considering the critical importance of innovation in modern economies, the present study investigated the role of innovation on income inequality of OPEC countries and selected the OECD developed countries during the period 1995-2009. The results suggest that the status of OPEC countries compared to OECD countries in both the Gini index as well as innovation is weak and undesirable, due to the lack of coordination between macro-economic policies from one side and research and educational policies form other side. Also based on the results, most countries with better support for innovative activities have shown better income distribution. Thus, the movement of countries with economy and capital resources oriention towards knowledge-based economy, innovative activities support and reduce income inequality are essential orientations for macro-economic policies along with research and educational policies. Large and small companies are faced with a significant environmental complexity and turbulent business world. The world is changing at an unprecedented rate due to technological advances. For most businesses, the ability to monitor, identify, and master critical technological skills and technologies is important .In times of economic downturn, technology and innovation can be potent sources of growth as long as the investment and talent are there to drive them. Innovation, creativity and technology are enablers of economic advancement. In this paper, the importance of Innovation, Creativity management and Technology Scouting for organizations in a turbulent environment is explored and it is shown that the winners will be those that react to the crisis by further embracing technology and innovation to find ways to become more productive and competitive. It is shown that sometimes it is better for an organization to put another part of itself out of business rather than have the competition destroy the whole business. Innovation is a team effort and successfully managing innovation teams is an art. The first step toward innovation is the openness of an organization to new ideas and concepts. It is mentioned that managers cannot order creativity; managers can only provide an environment where creativity grows well. An important step is to establish an organizational culture that fosters creativity. As one of the biggest obstacles to fostering innovation and creativity is uptight and rigid people, the paper emphasizes on organizational openness to new ideas and concepts and discusses the ways to achieve this goal with a view to past experiments. Technology scouting is another important factor that can serve as an early warning system. The early detection of new technologies allows an organization time to prepare for or even acquire these technologies before they have a negative business impact on the firm. However, it is important that the process is performed in the right way to guarantee the best possible extent of technology surveillance occurs. In this paper, it is explained that organizations must keep a keen focus on technological areas that could affect the business environment. Overall, it is concluded that for organizations in a turbulent environment, developing an environment that fosters creativity and innovation is an important step in assuring long-term survival. To fail to do so can mean the death of an organization. Manuscript profile

Innovation is the capability of identifying opportunities and using their advantages. These opportunities are not just opening new markets but include the innovative processes and ways for existing markets. Actually, innovation is not just production of goods, and examples of innovation can be seen in the service sector and public and private sectors. Innovation intrinsically is a risky project and even developed firms cannot accept infinite risks. In fact, the question is not that if innovation should be done or not, but rather how this innovation can be successful and which feedback could be gained from its success and failure and reaching a pattern that can be applied in future activities. Always the main question has been "whether or not we can control and manage what is known as innovation". At first glance, it might seem that managing innovation is impossible and a complex process. But we believe that despite the uncertain and apparently random-nature of the innovation, it is possible to find an underlying pattern of success. Innovation is a "management" issue because there are decisions to be made about resources, disposition, composition and coordination among them. In this paper after expressing concepts of innovation and managing innovation, a conceptual model and its usage structure is presented in order to concentrate on key aspects of managing innovation. Next, creation and maintenance of an innovative organizational context will be discussed and finally a comparative analysis of managing innovation between Japanese and Korean firms will be reflected. Information is the driving force for today's knowledge economy and information systems are tools for information application. While numerous benefits of information systems are proven, substantial risk of failure is still burdening implementation of such projects. To reduce the risk, attention must be paid to critical success factors. After reviewing the relevant literature, success factors for the transfer of information system technologies are identified. Using such factors, this research evaluates and prioritizes them in the context of Pars Khodro and Saipa Auto Companies, as well as Sazeh Gostar Parts Co. in Iran. A questionnaire was administered among 32 IS/IT experts and consultants in those firms. The chosen firms have had experience with the transfer of information system technologies like MES and ERP. The proposed classification in this research divides critical success factors into three broad categories: organizational factors, tactical factors, and technical factors. Consistent with others' findings in the area of information systems, this research finds that the managerial, organizational and tactical factors dominate the technical aspect, and special attention to the former reduces the risk of failure associated with the implementation of information systems. As one of the primary objectives of this research, it has been found that the most important critical success factors in each category are: 1) Among organizational factors, the support and commitment of top management, and clear understanding of business objectives and organizational requirements are the most important; 2) Within tactical factors, effective project management and competent teams are critical; and 3) Among technical factors, adequate training, extensive organizational participation, and retention of skilled employees are important. RTOs' missions are for technology development and carry out complicated commercialization processes. Commercialization of technological research findings is so costly for RTOs that they can not carry out commercialization process by themselves. In the other hand, industries which are in competitive environment, for sustainable growth require superior new products and technologies which enable them in competitive scope. Industries often have frequent financial and human resources and this leads to their advantage to commercialization process, because those assets provide possibility for adapting huge risk. The lost ring in this chain is the link between RTOs as the developer of technology and industries as the adapter of technology. Entrepreneurship could solve this problem by providing this lost ring and linking RTOs and industries. Corporate entrepreneurship is one of the entrepreneurship types and is defined as some entrepreneurship among the available corporate companies. Open innovation represents an emergent paradigm, which organizations must become familiar with and apply it in practice sooner or later in order to survive and prevent their failure. Factors such as diffusion of knowledge, increasing costs and complexity of R&D, the shortening of the technology life cycles, the growth of venture capital and presence of knowledgeable suppliers and clients, have weakened the close innovation paradigm. So, self-sufficient, inward focus, monopoly of knowledge and capital investment on internal research, does not create competitive advantages for organizations any more. In open innovation era, organizations make use of both internal and external resource of knowledge to drive their innovation processes, also search different internal and external ways to develop their markets. With regard to inescapable deployment of open innovation, now the question is what items should be considered by organizations in the shift from close innovation to open innovation? In other words, what are the requirements for implementing open innovation approach in organizations? This paper will answer the question by review of pervious research to identify and describe dimensions which could lead organizations in order to implement open innovation. These dimensions which named “the requirements to shift from close innovation into open innovation” and presented in conceptual framework of paper, are: networking, open innovation processes, organizational structures and knowledge management systems. Organizations should notice these dimensions interact each other, so change along one dimension will impact on the others. Manuscript profile

Selecting an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system is time consuming due to the resource constraints, the software complexity, and the different of alternatives. A comprehensively systematic selection policy for ERP system is very important to the success of ERP project. In this paper, we propose a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) method to evaluate the alternatives of ERP system. The selection criteria of ERP system are numerous and fuzzy, so how to select an adequate ERP system is crucial in the early phase of an ERP project. The framework decomposes ERP system selection into four main factors. The goal of this paper is to select the best alternative that meets the requirements with respect to “product factors”, “system factors”, “management factors” and “vendor factors”. The sub-attributes (sub-factors) related to ERP selection have been classified into thirteen main categories. These criteria and factors are weighed and prioritized and finally a framework is provided for ERP selection with the fuzzy AHP method. Also, a real case study from PARDIS-LO Company is presented. Nowadays Knowledge-based and Knowledge-driven enterprises are assumed important organizations for moving toward knowledge-based economy. But knowledge-driven organizations are facing multiple crises in job/work design, reengineering process, organizing activities to increase efficiency. The one that stands out and greatly affects the organization is the maximum amount of work that an organization is capable to complete in a given period. Managers want to know how they can improve productivity in an organization. To do this without the slightest fault, organizations must have mechanisms to help increase their level of awareness. One of those mechanisms involves finding indicators to assess the organizational effectiveness in a strategic way. One of these indicators is organizational awareness that can help to increase revenue and profitability by establishing competitive advantage. Organizational Awareness includes the ability to identify who the real decision‐makers are and the individuals who can influence them, and to predict how new events will affect individuals and groups within the organization. This paper aims to introduce a method to assess effectiveness and organizational efficiency as a tool for achieving organizational awareness. The most important methods to evaluate effectiveness is called Global Organizational Effectiveness Index Subsystem (GOEIS). GOEIS can be used to compare execution to planning, in some defined areas, to verify if the proposed objectives of the organization are being met or not. One of the most important tools for entrepreneurial growth and development is the existence of a culture that supports entrepreneurship. In this study, the cultural barriers of entrepreneurship were identified and the entrepreneurial culture and failure culture in the entrepreneurial society were evaluated. This study was conducted on the basis of qualitative and quantitative mixed research. The statistical population included the entrepreneurs of Khorasan Razavi Technical and Vocational Training Centers, which was determined by the purposeful sampling method of snowballs due to the dispersion of the community. The results of the qualitative section showed that entrepreneurs are facing cultural barriers such as lack of culture of creativity, rejection of failure, negative attitude to risk, distrust of women's empowerment, the existence of patriarchal culture in society and organizations and parental opposition to girls' entrepreneurial activities. Also, the results of the quantitative section showed that the rate of failure in the studied community is very high and entrepreneurs agree to give the failed people a chance again. In general, the analysis of qualitative and quantitative results shows that the cultural subsystem in the entrepreneurial ecosystem is not in a good situation and the existing culture is not supportive of entrepreneurship and even prevents the emergence of entrepreneurship in many cases. Considering the increasing movement of the country's organizations towards the full benefit of information systems, it is very important to identify the factors affecting the strengthening of these systems to improve the quality of service delivery. Therefore, this research has been carried out with the aim of investigating the effective factors on strengthening the infrastructure of information systems. The current research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-exploratory in nature. The research community is the government organizations of the country, and 10 people were selected to form the expert panel from among the experts who have the qualifications. Among the employees, 250 people were selected as a statistical sample by simple random sampling. The research method is a combination of multi-criteria decision-making methods (hierarchical analysis process), structural equations and fuzzy inference system. After extracting the dimensions and factors from the literature and the background of the research, the ranking of the effective factors in the form of five dimensions and 15 components was done using the multi-criteria decision making method. The results showed that the legal infrastructure has established the highest correlation with the infrastructure of information systems. Also, among the dimensions, the technological infrastructure is the most important. The results of fuzzy inference also showed that the most favorable state for information subsystems is 0.698 according to the available facilities, and the optimal combination for this state is achieved when structural factors are 0.724, organizational factors are 0.58, governance factors are 0.569, social factors are 0.707, and educational factors are 0.468. Therefore, in order to strengthen the infrastructure of the country's information systems, it is suggested that the officials focus on strengthening and developing structures and supporting technological innovations in the first step.
